What Our Pricing Reflects

Our Approach to Care & Transparency

As a privately owned veterinary hospital, every recommendation we make is guided by one principle: what is best for your pet as an individual.

We do not follow rigid, corporate-style treatment templates. Instead, we tailor each care plan based on a combination of factors unique to your pet, including their medical history, lifestyle, your goals as their owner, and your budget. This allows us to provide thoughtful, flexible recommendations rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

To ensure the most accurate and effective care, we may utilize in-house diagnostics, reference laboratory testing, or collaboration with trusted specialty and referral partners when needed. This combination of resources allows us to gather the right information before making decisions about treatment.

We believe transparency is essential. We will always discuss options with you, explain the purpose and value of recommended diagnostics or treatments, and help you understand how each choice supports your pet’s health. Our goal is never to recommend everything—it is to recommend what is appropriate.

Because every pet and every family is different, costs can vary depending on the medical needs identified during the visit. We are committed to discussing expected ranges and helping you make informed decisions before moving forward with care.

Our focus is simple: individualized medicine, open communication, and a partnership approach to your pet’s health.

Honest pricing, right up front

The prices below cover the services pet owners ask us about most, listed plainly so you can plan ahead. Every pet is different, so think of these as a starting point. Your veterinarian will confirm what your pet needs during the visit and talk you through any costs before moving forward.

Surgery

We believe every pet deserves individualized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach. The pricing range shown includes the surgical procedure, anesthesia, monitoring, and a range for commonly prescribed medications and supplies your pet may need during surgery and recovery, such as pain medication, antibiotics, and an Elizabethan collar (E-collar).

Because every pet’s health needs are unique, this range does not include pre-surgical bloodwork or any additional diagnostics that may be recommended to ensure your pet’s safety. After your pet has been examined by one of our veterinarians, we will provide a personalized treatment plan and a detailed estimate tailored specifically to your pet. This allows us to recommend the safest, highest-quality care while providing clear and transparent pricing every step of the way.

Anesthetized Dental Cleaning & Oral Hygiene (cats or dogs)

Just like people, every pet has unique dental health needs. The cost of a dental procedure can vary depending on the severity of dental disease, which is typically graded on a scale of 1 to 4.

  • Grade 1–2: Mild to moderate tartar accumulation and gingivitis with little to no evidence of advanced periodontal disease or indication for extractions.
  • Grade 3–4: Advanced periodontal disease that may involve infection, bone loss, loose teeth, and the need for additional treatment or extractions.

Because the extent of dental disease cannot always be fully evaluated until your pet is anesthetized and a complete oral examination is performed, dental procedure fees are provided as a range. The pricing range includes anesthesia, monitoring, ultrasonic scaling and polishing, any dental radiographs (oral x-rays) that may be required, and a range for commonly prescribed medications and supplies your pet may need during surgery. While dental x-rays are always performed at the veterinarian’s discretion, they are typically not required for Grade 1–2. However, they are always required for pets with Grade 3–4 dental disease to evaluate the health of the tooth roots and surrounding bone.

Because every pet’s health needs are unique, this range does not include pre-surgical bloodwork, or any additional diagnostics that may be recommended to ensure your pet’s safety. After your pet has been examined by one of our veterinarians, we can provide a more customized treatment plan and estimate based on your pet’s age, health status, and the severity of their dental disease. Our goal is to provide exceptional dental care with transparent pricing and no surprises.
